Who this notice is from

The shop is the business you are buying from. Maloremi LLC builds and looks after the website and is not the seller of tackle or trips. Payment card details are handled by the payment company shown at checkout, such as Stripe, and are not stored in full on this website.

Information we collect

• Contact and order details you type in: name, phone, email, shipping or pickup choice, and what you bought.
• Trip requests: name, phone, email, preferred date, number of anglers, and the note you write.
• Account details if you create a shop account, including your password in a form WordPress does not store as plain text.
• Technical data such as the pages you open, the browser type, and the IP address, which the host and security tools use to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

• To take and fulfill an order, including pickup at the counter and any shipment you choose.
• To confirm, schedule, or decline a guided trip.
• To send the messages that belong to that order or request, such as a receipt or a reply from the shop.
• To keep the site working, stop spam, and meet tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else receives it

• The payment company that processes the card, PayPal, or other method you choose at checkout.
• The company that delivers an email about your order or trip request.
• Cloudflare, which checks forms with Turnstile so automated submissions are rejected.
• The company that hosts this website.
• A carrier, if you ask us to ship an order.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that keep a cart, remember a login, and protect forms. You can block cookies in your browser. The cart and checkout may not work if you do.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and dispute rules require. Trip requests are kept long enough for the shop to confirm the date and answer questions about that request. You can ask us to delete an account that is no longer needed. We may keep a record we are required to retain.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

Call or write the shop at (928) 783-0010 to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can also use any unsubscribe link on a marketing email. Order and trip messages that you asked for are not marketing.
